Weird sound at start (99 996 model )
When I have been starting my car lately once in a while I will here a weird sound. The car will start and then all of a suddin I will her a "beeeeewwwww " sound from the engine. ( Tried my best to explain with theatrics ). I am not sure what this could be, any suggestions??? Is it a belt or lubrication issue. Please help. Thanks, Kip

Going off that description, it could be anything. Heck, it could even be normal, lol. 
Sounds are nearly impossible to diagnose without hearing them in person.
