944 S2 Starting Problems!
Okay chaps, I hope you can help me!
After having my appendix burst, my S2 has been parked up in my garage for about three weeks & even though it cranked & started as normal, after I came back from a trip, I left it parked on the drive for a few hours. When I later came to put it back in the garage, it still cranked well, but didn't even attempt to fire!
So, I popped the bonnet/hood open, removed one of the sparkplug leads, stuck a nail in the lead & asked the missus to turn it over so I could check for a spark, but before I could, it started!
Why do you think it would start on only three cylinders & not four?
I replaced the plug lead & it started as normal. This has happened twice now. Have any of you guys got any ideas? (DME Relay, Starter Motor, Etc?)
