power steering

Am I correct in assuming an 89 porsche 944 takes atf for power steering fluid like the 87?

whats the easiest way to drain the system so I can refill it? I looked on the 944 FAQ and did not find anything

Undo a could of hoses at the rack, and the pump and let it gravity drain. Then fill everything up and work the air out. You can do it a couple times if you want to get everything flushed good.
