since there is no manual on the 16 valve engine, I need guidance on how to time this engine (timing marks, confirming timing between cams, replacing timing belt, etc)

The porsche workshop manuals have the 16V information in them.

 

Since I bought this car, I have seen on-line one set of Porsche shop manuals which included the 16 valve 944S. Those manuals bid up, I believe, over $800 andwent to someone else for I don't remember how much more. Anybody got a short course on the two pages in those books which I need ?
