Default Timing Belt

The only other major thing I keep thinking about with the car is the timing belt. The car has approximately 80k miles on it and I know the timing belt has never been replaced.
About how much is it going to cost me to get it changed? Also I've heard rumblings about a special timing belt tensioning tool? Do I need to worry about that with my model, or can any mechanic get the job done?

Do not even start the car until it has been replaced! Belts, rollers, and waterpump is about 10 hours book time, and about $600 in parts. You do need to have it tensioned properly, but there are a couple of different methods. If it breaks on you, you are looking at about $3000 in repairs.
