Default tire alignment
Is there a way to align your car yourself without taking it to a dealership? Would the tires being turned inwards be negative or positive toe?

Not without the properly laser sights and levels. You can get close with a tape measure and such, but you will never get even close to what a dealer can do with a laser alignment rack.
