What to offer on this 944 Turbo

Hi Everyone... Wanted to get some good advice on the below 944 Turbo that's currently on ebay.... i'm window shopping at the moment for a nice 944 Turbo.. the seller is very close to where i live.... the auction does have a few days left and the car may sell before i have a chance to do anything on it (i'm currenly in the process of selling my current car).... however the seller said he'd let me know whether the buyer comes through on the sale... apparently the car sold once before but the buyer failed to make good on the $ so he had to relist it..... seller says the car went for like $18k and has been appraised for that much or more by
dealers... that may be true however finding someone to produce the $ is the key.... if i had the chance to get this, what would be a fair market offer to make on
it ???? obviously it's been very well maintained and has very low miles.... probably an exception to the kelly blue book value of what it says this car would go for since it's over $12k already.... i'd love to have it but i'd like to know what would be the max i should offer if i were to entertain the idea ??
