yes hello everyone out there; i have purchsed a 2001 porsche boxter. The car is excellent. I had to disconnect the battery to turn off a check engine light off. However in doing that i have enabled the security system on the radio headunit. The radio is asking for a four digit code. However i do not know the code. So how should i resolve the problem?

Pull the radio unit. On the side you need the serial number. Call Porsche with the serial number, and they will give you the code. You will need 2 radio removal tools to do this. Any stereo shop can pop it out quick and write the number down for you.
