I am the owner of a new c2 cabrio. The dealer tells me to hand wash only. Is this really necessary and what washing/waxing and wheel care items do you recomend?

 

I would definitely not run a cab through an automatic car wash or use a high pressure washer on it for top preservation. Hand wash is a must. Porsche actually has a pretty good cabriolet top care product available. Otherwise check out products from Zaino or Griots Garage.
