Hello everyone

I am trying to get some advice on purchasing a 98 911s with suspension damage to the right rear of the car.
Unfortunately I cannot tell too much about it other than the right rear wheel is completely wacked out and the car won`t start,but there is no visible damage to the engine.
So all I know for sure is a new right rear suspension,axle and wheel????any idea how much will it run????
is there a shutdown on the car like other cars that disconnects the battery in case of accident is that why it won`t start???
it has 35k miles the body and interior is clean,I suppose it should run properly(it was involved in accident mean engine)
price is 15k what you guys think should I go for it ???would you??
