Default Carmona Red 911 - would you buy one?

I have the chance to become a Porsche owner for the first time - as many would say, a dream realized. As a 3-year owner of an Infiniti G35 coupe 6MT, it's a big step up. For context, my current G35c, which I have loved driving, is laser red. Read on...

The car I'm considering (and have driven) is a 2004 CPO C2 cab with 16K miles in perfect shape. The price is $10K below what a similarly equipped silver or black one would be (under $50K). That's my concern - in seriously considering this phenomenal car because of a true bargain price, will I hurt myself down the (3- or 4-year) road when I sell/trade it for, say, a C4 Turbo? (just dreaming :-). There are so few carmona red 911s for sale nationwide that I wonder if they're "shunned" from the start in favor of the universal colors.
