NEW OWNER, my wife bought me a 911 Carrera S for my b-day. Took it in to the shop four days later to have the bracket placed on the front bumper in the tow hitch. HUGE MISCOMMUNICATION, instead of popping that circular piece out and just attaching the bracket, they DRILLED into the center of the front bumper and used a different type of license plate bracket.

The General Manager called and was beside himself apologizing and said they would make it up to me. I didnt want to have them drill, but what is the real damage and outlook from those that know the car real well???
