Default How to Choose Sensors for Your Porsche 911

Hey fellow Porsche lovers! If you own a 911 with the Sport Chrono (SC) package, you?ve probably run into the annoying PADM fault issue linked to the dynamic engine mounts.

Here?s the deal: the sensor chips in these mounts are glued in place. All that engine heat, vibration and friction can easily make the chips pop loose?and boom, the PADM fault code lights up.

No need to shell out big bucks at the repair shop, though. You can swap out the sensor yourself in no time.

To keep this from happening again, here are the key things to look for when picking a new sensor:

1. Mechanically secured chips?skip the glued ones entirely, they?re just a ticking time bomb.

2. Reinforced sensor housing that can handle heat, shocks and pressure like a champ.

3. Plug-and-play design?no fancy coding required, just plug it in and you?re good to go.

If you?re tired of dealing with this PADM hassle, give the PROTEVORA sensor a shot. It checks all the boxes and fixes the problem for good!https://protevora.myshopify.com/
