1984 944 Radio problem

Default 1984 944 Radio problem

I got a 944 and there was no radio in it and the dumb *** that had the radio before me cut the plug off so i have no Idea which wire is the wire to Turn the radio on when you turn the key Ive tested all the wires and no fuses are blown none of the wires turn on and off with the Key what should I do?

What year is the 944. I can tell you exactly what wires should be what if I know the year.

Ok, my early wiring diagrams are a little sketchy, but it appears power from ignition should be a red wire with blue stripe. Constant 12v should be a red wire. Brown wires are speakers. White is for the antenna. Brown with red stripe should go to the balance switch.
