924 into a 944

Default 924 into a 944

what all parts will swap from a 77 or 78 924 into a 83 944? im lookin at some gauges, the center console and all the center dash piece where the radio and stuff goes. but what all else will just swap over.

Hi, if your 944 has the early non-oval type dashboard, all the interior parts should be exchangeable between 924 and 944 (except maybe the speedo and the rev counter!)

If your 944 has the later oval type dash, I would think that only the seats, rear side cards, carpets & headling are interchageable!

well i have an 83 944 and my dash dont work and i kinda like the 924s gauges better so i was going ot swap them out if it would work.

I too have an 83. I can tell you that pretty much the entire interior will swap just fine.

Oh, and if you know anyone with a 924 or 944 brown dash and seats let me know, lol. I need 'em.
