Ok...was playing with creating PRESET FM stations on my 2001 Boxster S which is model with Tape Deck behind it. Also has EQ area down below it...and 6 cd changer in bonnet.

So...I was messing with it and got some FM presets set...but now the volume is locked....won't adjust up or down...just same volume. I think I got it in a strange programming mode its stuck in.

Dealership couldn't fix by resetting pulling power and reconnect. Yet push in the button and it does mute. Doesn't it seem strange a button would just go out...it has some strange phone modes...wonder if I set something anyone else ever come across this..

If I can't fix going after market as Porsche radios are $900 from Dealer and $250 on ebay...and actually wouldn't buy another anyway.

Any ideas?
